Returns

Our products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in "like-new" condition. Any yardage must be in the condition you received it. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. The returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.

Shipping

We are currently only shipping to the US and Canada.
For US orders costing $0-$79.99 costs a flat rate of $6.00. For orders of $80+ shipping is free. All orders usually ship in 1-3 business days.

For Canadian orders shipping is by weight and calculated at checkout.

Canadian customers may have to pay additional fees for any customs, duties or taxes levied. These fees are out of our control and vary widely depending on the country. Please research the policies specific to your country for more information. Potential delays may also occur due to customs.
